# Overview

BeeZee (BZE) is a community-driven blockchain built to make decentralized tools simple to use. Rather than chasing complexity, the project focuses on a handful of practical, self-serve solutions — trading, staking, token creation, and more — that anyone can use straight from a wallet, without middlemen.

## A community-driven ecosystem

BZE is built and governed by its community. There is no central gatekeeper: token holders propose and vote on the changes that shape the network, so the direction of the project reflects the people who actually use it.

The aim is an ecosystem where decentralized solutions are approachable — where creating a token, trading it, or earning staking rewards takes a few clicks instead of technical expertise.

## Simple by design

* **Eco-friendly** — a Proof-of-Stake network that secures the chain without energy-hungry mining.
* **Fast and low-cost** — quick transactions and small fees, suited to everyday use.
* **Interoperable** — BZE and the tokens created on it can move to and from other blockchains.
* **Built for any token** — a project can run on BeeZee using its own token for everyday fees, so its app can feel like it has a blockchain of its own.

## The $BZE coin

$BZE is the coin that powers the whole network: it pays transaction fees, secures the chain through staking, and gives holders a vote in governance. Its maximum supply is capped, a large share is locked in staking to keep the network secure, a community pool funds future development through governance, and part of the fees collected across the ecosystem is regularly burned to reduce supply over time.
